Josh is also an award winning author of three books in the personal growth space. Ultimately, his purpose is to help people find and step into the strongest version of who they are. Josh co-owns One10 Performance and is dedicated to helping people step into the strongest versions of who they are. When Josh isn't working with clients he is usually running through the wilderness or lifting heavy things...and sometimes both at the same time!
